Travel Awards

TCS 2023 Scientific Committee will reward abstracts of outstanding quality and provide the submitting author with a Travel Award to attend the TCS 2023 Annual conference. Two categories of Travel Awards will be available in limited number to the abstract submitters.

• Categories of awards

• » 05 in basic research.
• » 05 in clinical.

• Prize: Rs. 10,000 for each winner.
• Eligibility inclusion criteria:

• » Must be a TCS member.
• » Must have cleared their all their dues before the conference.
• » Must be travelling from outside host city.
• » Must have submitted an abstract.
• » Must be the presenting/ corresponding author
• » Eligible candidates include: Technical staff working on flow cytometry; Students pursuing their MD/DNB; Scholars pursuing their PhD.
• » 05 in basic research.
• » 05 in clinical.

Exclusion criteria:

Non-TCS members.
• » Post completion of MD/DNB/PhD/Post-doctoral fellows/ Students pursuing DM/ Senior residents/Participants from the host city/ currently working as a faculty.
• » Technical staff, MD/DNB/PhD candidates (currently pursuing) who have availed support from their Institutions (A declaration regarding this has to be made by the applicant at the time of submitting the abstract).

*Travel reimbursement is contingent on presenting in person at the annual meeting.
