The online Membership Directory is available to the public and contains information provided during membership application and renewal as specified in the application process. Members may change this selection and opt out of inclusion at any time in the membership area of the website or by contacting the TCS as described below. Information included in the annual meeting registration (name and contact information) is published with the meeting program, which is distributed at the annual meeting and publically available online.

  1. • Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for subscription/event cancellations, The Cytometry Society India, Cytometry India, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User.
  2. • Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances The Cytometry Society India liability shall exceed giving the User a replacement of the same service/ alternate service of the same value
  3. • The refund amount will be returned back into the account from which the amount was paid within 30 days.
  4. • These terms and conditions are subject to Indian laws and any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai (India) only.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Eligibility to use:

  1. Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website.
  2. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Website at our sole discretion.
  3. The Website is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by us for any reason whatsoever.
