TCS Oral/Poster Presentations Awards

TCS 2023 Scientific Committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts and based on pre-defined scoring criteria; Top 5 abstracts (in each category – Basic research & Clinical) of outstanding quality shall be shortlisted for oral presentation while the rest shall be put up for poster presentation. These shall then be evaluated by an independent set of judges during the proceedings of the conference for final merit listing and award presentation.

• Eligibility inclusion criteria:

• » Candidate must have registered for the meeting and submitted an abstract for consideration.

• Number of awards (Oral):

• » 3 in basic research.
• »3 in clinical.
Prize: Cash prize (3 No.’s)

• Number of awards (Poster):

Non-TCS members.
• »3 in basic research
• »3 in clinical.
Prize: Cash prize (3 No.’s)

• Selection criteria of abstracts submitted towards oral presentation:

• » Based on the pre-defined criteria, the submitted abstracts shall be scored and approved by the scientific committee; Based on the scores, top 5 abstracts will be selected for oral presentation and the rest for poster presentation.
• » All accepted abstracts shall be displayed on the website by 25th Sept 2023. The mode of presentation (oral/poster) of an abstract shall be displayed on the conference website.
• » Mere submission of an abstract does not guarantee its acceptance. The decision of the scientific committee in this regard shall be final and binding on the candidates.
