Designing Poster presentation
• Designing effective posters requires careful thought and advance preparation.
• Identify the principal messages to be conveyed. Avoid enlarged abstract with few figures.
• Summarize current research in graphics forms: charts, tables, graphs, pictures, etc.
• Make it self-explanatory, you can then supplement and discuss important points
Below are few important guidelines:
Registration is mandatory for participation in e-Poster session and abstract publication in the e-abstract book
In the poster template we shared, the ratio of the poster is equal to the ratio of horizontal screen (16:9 ratio).
Poster structure:
Title – Author Details – Institute – Background – Objective(s) – Brief Methodology – Results – Conclusion - References.
DEADLINE: Posters to be submitted 1 week before the conference i.e. on or before 20th October, 2023. Send the poster on abstracts@cytometryindia.org

Each poster author will be assigned one of the e-poster screens. Each author will have net
MAXIMUM useable space in a horizontal format.
Time allotted for each porter presentation is 5 minutes
Use of high resolution images is strongly recommended
Posters will be displayed full day, judges will review during the scheduled Poster Session.
Time and slot details is communicated via emails and will be available on the conference website
The presenter must wear an official conference badge while presenting the poster.
For each of the poster sessions, authors should be present at the scheduled time at their respective e-posters for discussion with the judges.
